1.1 Coaching Services

I offer a range of coaching options to match your goals and preferences — from structured signature programs focused on leadership and productivity, to flexible coaching packages tailored to your pace and priorities. Whether you’re looking for quick clarity, steady growth, or deep transformation, there’s a path designed to support where you are and where you want to go.

Sessions may be conducted online or, where feasible, in-person in Zurich, Switzerland, or at client-requested locations.

1.2 No Guarantees

While I am committed to helping you achieve your goals, I do not guarantee specific outcomes. Coaching success depends on your own motivation, actions, and personal circumstances.

2.1 Personal Accountability

My role is to facilitate insights, challenge assumptions, and support your personal and professional growth. However, you remain fully responsible for your own decisions, choices, actions, and results before, during, and after the coaching process.

2.2 No Enforcement of Action

I do not “force” or require you to complete any exercises or action steps. I may provide suggestions, strategies, and accountability, but it is ultimately up to you to take action.

3.1 Booking

To schedule coaching packages or workshops, you may need to complete a discovery call with me, during which we’ll discuss your objectives, session structure, and payment details.

3.2 Payment Methods

3.3 Pricing

Pricing varies depending on the number of sessions (3, 6–8, or 12+), your location, and any specific requirements for custom programs. I will provide exact fees on an individual basis.

3.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation: Please inform me at least 24 hours before a scheduled session if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in forfeiting that session.

• Refunds: Refunds for unused sessions or packages will be considered on a case-by-case basis, as per our coaching agreement.

4.1 Ownership

All materials, content, and resources provided on this Website or during coaching sessions (text, graphics, documents, etc.) remain my property or the property of my licensors, unless otherwise specified.

4.2 License to Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use my materials without my explicit written permission.

5.1 Prohibited Conduct
