Meet Me
Certified Professional Coach | Advocate for Growth, Clarity & Change
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this:
Change doesn’t start with circumstances — it starts with how we meet them.
I know this firsthand.
From shifting careers to relocating across countries, I’ve experienced moments where the next step felt uncertain — where I questioned my path, my role, and my direction.
Each challenge pushed me to pause, reflect, and realign. And through those experiences, I discovered what I now help others do:
-
Turn uncertainty into clarity.
-
Reconnect with your identity and direction.
-
Move forward — with confidence and intention.
My Coaching Philosophy
My coaching blends strategic insight with deep personal awareness.
With 8+ years in strategy consulting and transformation work across Europe and China, I understand the mental complexity behind big decisions — especially in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments.
But coaching isn’t just about strategy.
It’s about creating a space where clarity emerges, patterns shift, and your next step feels aligned with who you truly are.
A Global Lens
With Bavarian, Swiss, and Persian roots, and studies and work across Europe, Canada, and China, I bring a global, multicultural perspective.
My clients often feel “between worlds” — professionally, geographically, or emotionally. I help them build bridges between who they’ve been… and who they’re becoming.
